Sermon Summary
Main Point: Because the Scriptures reveal Jesus Christ, they are sufficient for every season, service, and soul.
Summary: In our final sermon of our 8-week series through Psalm 119, we reflect on the psalmist’s unwavering confidence in the sufficiency of God’s Word. The Word of God is enough: for every season of your personal life, every corporate worship service of Embassy Church, and every longing of our soul. In this message we think through when to use the Word, how to use the Word, and why to use the Word. As we conclude this series, may we, like the psalmist, root our lives in God’s Word, trusting that it is wholly sufficient for all we need.

Sermon Text: Psalm 119:169-176
In this final message on Psalm 119, we begin by reading its closing stanza (verses 169–176), but the sermon reflects on the entire psalm.
169 Let my cry come before you, O Lord;
give me understanding according to your word!
170 Let my plea come before you;
deliver me according to your word.
171 My lips will pour forth praise,
for you teach me your statutes.
172 My tongue will sing of your word,
for all your commandments are right.
173 Let your hand be ready to help me,
for I have chosen your precepts.
174 I long for your salvation, O Lord,
and your law is my delight.
175 Let my soul live and praise you,
and let your rules help me.
176 I have gone astray like a lost sheep; seek your servant,
for I do not forget your commandments.
